When God orders our steps, it is in His divine character to keep us wherever He carries us.  

But we must position ourselves in the places, among the people, acquaint ourselves with the purposes, and apply ourselves to the plans that God has for us!

We must discern with the Spirit’s help, where we must stand.

When we know where we should stand, then we can do so with confidence that the God who calls us will also keep us from falling!

The prophet says:

God, the Lord, is my strength;

he makes my feet like the feet of a deer,

and makes me tread upon the heights. 

Habakkuk 3:19

Pray with me:

LORD, show me where to stand.  

I know You will not carry me where your Spirit cannot keep me!  

High places are slippery, indeed.

But you are my strength and my stability.

Show me where to stand.
